Per Covenants Article VI (Parking Rights): Ownership of each lot shall entitle the Owner to not more than two parking spaces. If you have more than two vehicles, be considerate of your neighbors and use street parking.

Towable violations include parking in someone else’s reserve space, double parking, ‘reserving’ spots with cones, and obstructing the mailboxes.  This applies to renters as well as owners. If you rent your unit, please inform your tenants. They can learn about other Lakewinds rules by consulting Resident Rules on the website.

If you commit a violation: The Board uses Hofmann Towing. We will affix a red violation sticker to your driver’s side window and photograph it. You then have 48 hours to remove the vehicle; otherwise, Hofmann will tow at your expense. Signs installed at court entrances display a phone number for vehicle retrieval.
